A variety of original jams
Andrésy Confitures has drawn its inspiration from top chefs to develop recipes made in France which bring an extra special touch to their main fruit by adding a second natural ingredient.
Strawberries are naturally very sweet, but are not to everyone’s taste. Andrésy therefore adds a very carefully calibrated dose of redcurrant juice to introduce a hint of acidity.
